Since our founding in the parish hall of St. Clement’s Church, SCS has been a leader in education - providing an academically rigorous, well-rounded experience for our students and preparing them for their future, no matter the path they choose.

We believe that our girls are outstanding and that they are blazing trails - not just after graduation but, in fact, long before they leave the School.

As learning styles evolve and what it takes to be future-ready changes at an increasing pace, our ability to provide that experience and preparation is limited only by our physical space.

In 2015, the Board of Governors began considering the need for more space and the long-range vision for the School. They developed a multi-phase Campus Master Plan and we are very excited about Phase One and the opportunities for learning and gathering, in flexible ways, that it will create for Grades 1-12.

It’s an ambitious plan to build 38,000 additional square feet of exceptional learning spaces, optimized for today’s learning styles - and tomorrow’s challenges.

That’s why THIS is the time for the Trailblazer Campaign.

  • No, there are no plans to increase enrollment.

    One of the keys to this expansion is to maintain our small school size. Part of SCS’s charm is Grades 1-12, under one roof, where the oldest and youngest girls know each other.
